By registering for Lynx Mailz you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Lynx Mailz, you may only register for one Lynx Mailz account.

You may not promote Lynx Mailz in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Lynx Mailz in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Lynx Mailz account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Lynx Mailz. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Lynx Mailz is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Lynx Mailz, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Lynx Mailz account may also be deleted.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Lynx Mailz has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the services provided we do not offer refunds on Credit Purchases, Membership Upgrades, or on any other advertising purchases made at Lynxmailz.com. In other words NO REFUNDS ON ANY PURCHASES WILL BE GIVEN.

We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site s database by contacting us. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes? We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.
